The fine print
Can we keep our phone numbers?
Yes. We handle the transfer ("porting") paperwork. Most transfers finish in one to four weeks, and your old service stays on until the switch, so there's no gap.
Do we have to buy new desk phones?
Not always. Some existing phones can be reused. Otherwise we'll quote business-grade desk phones, or your team can use the free app on computers and cell phones.
Will calls sound good over our internet?
We check your connection first and set up your network to put voice traffic first. If your internet isn't up to it, we'll tell you before you switch.
Do you have to manage our IT to get phones?
No. Phones are available on their own, though they work best alongside an IT plan.
